It’s that time of year again. “No Shave November,” a silent gentlemen sport that separates men from boys in a month-long dash to grow the longest beard, moustache, or patch of stubble. The reason? Raise awareness about mens health issues. Especially, Movember aims to increase early cancer detection, diagnosis and effective treatments, and ultimately reduce the number of preventable deaths. Besides getting an annual check-up, the Movember Foundation encourages men to donate the money usually spend on grooming and preening to cancer research and education.
So gents, growing the MO doesn’t cut it, you have to look great while supporting this brave gentlemans cause. Like suits, shirts and jeans, mustaches are a very personal thing. To avoid thewashed up porn star look, take your face shape into account when styling your ‘stache. Plus, arm yourself with the right tools (A small pair of scissors or a beard trimmer, a comb and a mild soap or shampoo).
Next youll find different styles and pro tips to take care of your MO until it’s December 1st and its time to shave it off.
So gents, lets get started.
Note: After rocking it for a month, enjoy National Shave Day on Dec 1st created by our friends at Harry's.
