  • WHERE DO MY SHOES GO?

    Your shoes get shipped to the Soles4souls warehouse in Alabama, where they get sorted before being sent to their partners around the world. The donated shoes are distributed in Africa, Central America, the United States, Asia, among others.

    These partners either give your shoes directly to their new owner, or sell them to micro-enterprises in poverty-ridden zones. This means your unwanted shoes become an opportunity for a local entrepreneur to build a business and his or his family’s livelihood

  • CAN I DONATE SHOES FROM OTHER BRANDS?

    Soles4souls does accept shoes from other brands, with a different process. But you’d have to donate them directly on their website https://www.soles4souls.org/

  • HOW DOES MY DONATION IMPACT THE ENVIRONMENT?

    It helps tackle the massive production and disposal of products encouraged by fast fashion. By extending the life of your shoes through a second or even a third owner, you are keeping it out of landfills, thus lowering greenhouse gas emissions and contamination.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPMENT?

    No. We pay for it. It’s the least we can do to help you participate in this important effort, and to handle the next phase of life for the products we put into the world.

  • How much do returns cost?

    All returns are free within the contiguous United States. We will send you a return pre-paid label to your email; all you have to do is schedule a pickup or take the package to a UPS store.
