Beckett Simonon Shipping Protection

To give you peace of mind when ordering with us, we now offer Shipping Protection. For a small fee, this service covers your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit.

Filing claims directly with carriers can be time-consuming and unreliable. With Shipping Protection, we’ll handle the process for you so you can shop with confidence.

 

What’s Covered


1. Package Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package hasn’t turned up, please:

- Allow up to 5 business days for possible redelivery or mis-scans.

- Check around your property (couriers sometimes leave packages in hidden spots for security).

- Ask household members, neighbors, or your building’s front desk.

If after 5 business days you still haven’t received your order, contact us at service@beckettsimonon.com

You must report the issue within 14 days of the “delivered” scan. Shipping Protection will cover a replacement or a refund.

2. Package Lost or Delayed in Transit

If your package has shown no movement for more than 5 business days, reach out to us. We’ll confirm whether the order is lost or simply delayed (due to seasonal volume, weather, or other disruptions).

If determined lost, Shipping Protection covers a replacement or a refund. You must report the issue within 14 days of the last tracking update.

3. Package Arrives Damaged or Incomplete

If your order arrives damaged or missing items:

Email service@beckettsimonon.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.

Shipping Protection will cover a replacement or a refund.


What’s Not Covered


Shipping Protection does not cover the following:

- Packages returned to us due to invalid or insufficient address at checkout.

- Delays in transit.

- Refused packages.

- Items you return for refund or exchange.

- Packages confirmed as delivered with photo proof, secure delivery location, signature or acceptance by a neighbor/front desk.

- Stolen packages after successful delivery.

- Multiple replacements/refunds for the same order.


Important Notes


- Shipping Protection must be added at checkout to apply.

- The fee is non-refundable once your order has shipped.

- We reserve the right to deny claims in cases of fraud or abuse.

If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, your package will only be covered under the standard claims process of the carrier. This process can take 6–8 weeks and the carrier’s maximum claim amount is usually $100. While we’ll assist in filing the claim, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
