The Influencer and Creator Marketing Coordinator role is a unique opportunity to join the Beckett Simonon team. It is a creative and operational role and reports directly to the Head of Brand, Content and Communications.

This is an exciting role for a social-obsessed individual who loves the idea of sourcing content from a growing list of influencers and content creators. Being able to supply our Brand, Social Media and Advertising teams with a steady flow of visual content will be a major priority and it's critical to succeed in this role.

You will coordinate all aspects of Influencers' and Creators' projects, end to end. You will fuel our growth by sourcing compelling and engaging content on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

 

The Role

Identify creators, influencers and key content sources.

Formulate and implement guidelines for a new influencer/creator program.

Track and analyze all outreach performance.

Build and maintain an influencer/content creator database.

Reach out, brief, onboard and coordinate campaigns.

Ship samples to influencers/content creators.

Create reports about campaigns performance.

Plan the creation of commissioned content.

Organize and update content creator media archive.

Coordinate licensing and whitelisting for paid campaigns.

Set campaigns on creator marketing platforms (i.e., Minisocial, #paid).

Monitor and track which types of content work best.

 

The Candidate

Strong communication skills, including being clear, concise and direct.

Ability to take feedback, learn, and adapt.

BS/BA, preferably in Marketing, Design, Communications, or creative fields.

English proficiency (C1 or higher).

Experience in Excel/Google Sheets.

Highly active on social media.

Knowledge of fashion, footwear, and the overall luxury sector is a huge plus.

Personal drive to set goals, track results, and optimize processes.

    This position is open to candidates in the Bogotá area.
