Did something go wrong? We’re sorry about that. No worries. To initiate a free return or exchange just complete the form below. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a prepaid shipping label. Returned products must be in unworn condition.

Returned products must be unworn and with all original packaging. You can return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please specify what product you are returning and if you wish to process an exchange for a different size or product, a refund, or our 100% store credit.

Receive shipping label.

Download your free pre-paid return label with the instructions to return your product.

We will contact you.

As soon as the return comes back to us and passes quality control, we’ll contact you to confirm that the exchange, refund, or store credit has been processed.

  • What is your return policy?

    You can return any product that’s unworn and with the original packaging. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the delivery date, as shown on your tracking information.

    Once we receive the return, our quality control department will check the item to confirm it is unworn and in perfect condition. Then we will send the new product to you or process a refund or store credit. Whatever works best for you.

    This policy does not apply to worn items or factory seconds products.

  • How long does it take to process an exchange?

    Not very long. With every monthly batch, we produce a small reserve of items to facilitate size and style exchanges. Keep in mind since our products are made to order, the exact same product you ordered initially may not be available. We will do our best to get you the same or similar item. The exchange will be issued three business days after we confirm the returned product is unworn.

  • How long does it take to process a refund?

    The refund will be issued three business days after we confirm the product is unworn. Keep in mind that every credit card company takes different times to process refunds. In general, you can expect the refund to appear in your account from two to five business days after we issue it to the credit card.

    If you don’t see the refund within this period, something may have happened during the process. Please contact Customer Happiness right away, and we will investigate the issue for you.

    Refunds made to PayPal appear immediately.

  • How does your 100% store credit work?

    We will send you a gift card for 100% of your origina purchase. This store credit is sent as a gift card to your email and does not expire.

  • How much do returns cost?

    All returns are free within the contiguous United States. We will send you a return pre-paid label to your email; all you have to do is schedule a pickup or take the package to a UPS store.
