Olga Riaño, 46

Olga loves creating products by hand and is in charge of hand painting the edges of all the leather accessories to ensure a clean, precise finish. She appreciates the way the workshop directors treat their employees, and care about their health and well being. In her free time, Olga enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Elizabeth Bonilla, 54

Elizabeth glues the leather pieces together to prepare them to be sewn, and she feels a lot of satisfaction when she sees the finished product. She really appreciates her job as it has provided financial stability for her family. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son and his family.

Carlos Camargo, 27

Carlos is in charge of sewing the pieces of leather together for the accessories, and makes sure they are solidly constructed. Carlos appreciates how much attention the factory directors give to him and his team. During his free time, Carlos enjoys playing soccer, watching movies and spending time with his friends and family.
