It's quite soft and comfy regarding material feel, but may be so soft it is slippery. The fit is nearly spot on with the length of the top cover being either quite right or not long enough for personal taste. It's meant to slip on and off easily as a slipper but I find it easily slips off more often than I want. Wouldn't need to or dare to wear a sock unless weather really pushed me to and the foot opening is just barely snug enough to be loose as a slipper; while the Larsen slipper is more loose the material is slightly more gripper and both slippers are about the same in being loose off the foot. The Jones slipper has a firmer, thicker sole compared to the Larsen. And the rim of the top material has the same issue where the bottom material is exposed rather than folded in creating a seamless lip. Try it out or give as a gift if you can afford it. Better than cheap slippers!
